Positioned on a steeply sloping greenfield site with spectacular south facing views of Melbourne’s CBD, the client wanted this new home to deliberately set itself apart from neighbouring properties. With a front to rear fall of six metres, the terrain offered an opportunity for a spectacular three-level dwelling that reads as two-storeys from street level.
