Northcote Terrace is the progression of an original project for the client that proposed a garage and self-contained loft space above in their rear garden. When forces unforeseen meant the project could not go ahead, the clients returned to F3 Studio to undertake a much larger renovation and extension to their existing home. With two adults, twin children and two dogs, the clients were desperate for space to grow, not wishing to move out of their forever suburb of Northcote.
