This knockdown-rebuild of an existing single level dwelling aims to create a new highly functional sanctuary for a sports loving family of five. Utilising the fall of the site, a new split level residence reads as a single level from the street. Divided into sleeping quarters to the street side upper level and recreation living space to the lower level, leading out to a new pool, pool house and a NBA size half court! Weatherboards and painted brick settle the house into its local context.
